My Loft Suite felt like a luxurious home away from home, featuring a spacious layout and a comfortable king-size bed that was almost too inviting to leave. I loved the selection of pillows and the personal touches like chocolates and tea delivered each night. The overall atmosphere was warm, making it easy to relax in the common areas or enjoy a drink in front of the fire. Breakfast each morning was a treat, with an array of chef-prepared pastries that were simply delightful. The staff, including Marc, genuinely made me feel welcome and took care with every request, ensuring I had a memorable stay. the absence of an elevator was a minor inconvenience as my room was on the second floor, making it a bit challenging to carry my luggage. Despite this, the personalized service and beautiful surroundings made it worthwhile, and I would love to return soon, enjoying all the hotel has to offer again.
